For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional charges may apply depending on order value and delivery location. These charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Free shipping applies only to the original shipment. In case of exchanges (where applicable), reverse shipping or re-shipping charges may apply based on the nature of the request.

For Cash on Delivery orders, repeated refusal may result in account restrictions.

Sylvexia Jewellery reserves the absolute right to interpret, implement, and enforce this policy at its sole discretion.


1. Product Quality & Inspection Standards

At Sylvexia Jewellery, each jewellery piece undergoes a structured multi-stage quality inspection before dispatch. This includes examination of craftsmanship, polish, stone setting, finishing, structural integrity, and packaging.

All products are verified prior to shipment. Once an item passes internal inspection and is dispatched, it is deemed to be in saleable and defect-free condition.

Minor variations in colour, polish tone, texture, or stone appearance that may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, photography, or handmade craftsmanship shall not be considered defects.


2. 24-Hour Mandatory Reporting Requirement

All claims related to incorrect items, defects, damages, missing components, or dissatisfaction must be reported within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.

Failure to report within this 24-hour period will result in automatic rejection of the claim without exception.

Claims must be submitted through official customer support channels and must include:

  • Order number
  • Clear unedited photographs (minimum three images)
  • Unboxing video (if requested by Sylvexia Jewellery)
  • Original packaging and invoice image

Sylvexia Jewellery reserves the right to request additional documentation for verification purposes.


3. Exchange Policy (Strict Compliance Required)

Sylvexia Jewellery offers exchange eligibility strictly within 24 hours of delivery, subject to approval.

Exchange will only be considered if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • Original tags, packaging, invoices, certificates, and accessories are intact
  • The product shows no signs of usage, scratches, perfume exposure, tampering, or damage

Items purchased during:

  • Clearance sales
  • End-of-season sales

are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

All returned products undergo a mandatory inspection by our Quality Control Department. Exchange approval is entirely subject to inspection results.

If the product fails inspection, it will be returned to the customer at their expense, and the exchange request will be denied.

Sylvexia Jewellery will bear shipping charges only for the first approved exchange. Any additional exchanges or reshipments shall be fully paid by the customer.

If the selected exchange item is unavailable, Sylvexia Jewellery may, at its sole discretion:

  • Issue store credit, or
  • Offer a refund to the original payment method

No compensation or damages will be provided for out-of-stock items.


4. Return Policy (Store Credit Based)

Store credit conditions:
